The following are the terms regarding the refund policy for any Energyzer Backrests sold.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

All sales of the Energyzer Backrest include a 30-day money back guarantee. In order to properly serve you and see to your needs, please provide the following information indicating whether you need a refund or a replacement backrest. Once you have submitted the form for review, please allow 24 hours for email instructions to be sent out instructing how to proceed with the return/refund.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS

If you have received a defective product, please take a picture, fill out the form below and upload the picture indicating what aspect of your product is defective. Our policy is to provide you with a high-quality Energyzer Backrest replacement. If however you prefer a refund, please indicate below and we will submit your request for a full refund.

UNDAMAGED RETURNS

If the return is for any other reason than a defective product, please tell us what problem(s) you experienced with the Backrest and any suggestions that you have so that we can revise the design and make it better if possible. We will then happily refund your purchase price.  Thank you for your feedback!

PROCEDURE

Please fill out the following form indicating the purpose of the refund/replacement. You will receive an email within 24 hours with instructions on how to properly return your Energyzer Backrest for a full refund.

A. If the product is damaged you may A) receive a replacement within 10 business days of receiving your damaged backrest, or B) receive a refund deposited back into their account within 30 days of receiving the product.

B. If the product is undamaged and is received back in good condition then a 100% refund will be issued. the following criteria need be met for a full refund:

1. The product needs to be protected during shipping.
2. The return package must have a mail stamp within 30 days of the date the product was received by the customer.
3. The backrest must be received at the factory in the same condition you, the customer, received it.
4. Please allow 30 days for the money to be deposited back to your account.
